Stations, dials and the LOCAL slots
A station is silent or won't play.
Internet stations occasionally go offline or change their stream address. Try another dial position first; if only one station is affected, press and hold the tuning knob to open the station editor and paste a fresh stream URL for that slot.
How do I change the stations?
Press and hold the tuning knob. Each of the 18 dial positions can be renamed and pointed at any Internet radio stream URL (MP3, AAC or HLS).
What are the LOCAL positions?
Two dial positions tune to broadcasters near you. The first time you select one, iOS asks for approximate location; a single fix is used to look up nearby stations in the community directory radio-browser.info. You can overwrite these slots with your own stations at any time.
No sound, but the dial says it's playing.
Volume is controlled with the hardware volume buttons, and the silent switch does not mute playback. Check the volume and that another app isn't holding the audio session (for example an active phone call).

Canvases and syncing
My friend doesn't see my drawing.
Both of you must be on the same canvas ID. Check the connection indicator; drawings sync live whenever the app is open.
How do I delete a canvas?
Clearing a canvas erases it for everyone. To have a stored canvas snapshot deleted from the relay server, email us the canvas ID.

Receipts, delivery and your account
My friend isn't getting my receipts.
Check the spelling of their username on the distribution panel — a row must be lit for the receipt to go out to it. Receipts print onto their roll live when their app is open, or the next time they open it; if their phone is offline, the receipt waits on the relay until it can be delivered.
I don't get notified about new receipts.
Make sure notifications are allowed (Settings → DUMBfeed → Notifications) and Live Activities are on (same screen) — arriving receipts announce themselves on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the menu and choose DELETE ACCOUNT. The account, anything still queued for you on the relay, and your push registrations are removed immediately and the username is freed. Receipts already printed on your or your friends' rolls stay on those devices.
Someone I don't know is printing to me.
Your username is your address — only people who know it can reach you. Delete your account and register a fresh username to change your address, and email us to report abuse; we can remove an offending account.

Connecting your streaming service
Spotify won't connect.
Make sure the official Spotify app is installed and you are signed in, then retry the connection from Settings.
